Delivery Policy


1. Delivery Options

The customer may choose one of 3 delivery options

  • Pick up your purchased items at head office at 76 Ari Samphan 1 Alley, Phaya Thai, Bangkok, 10110. You can contact us at 094-9393491 or 02-003-0091 for the location.
  • Postal service (see details in postal service)
  • Grab service: terms and conditions mutually agreed by customer and the provider.


2. Postal service

  • The delivery period will be approximately 3-7 working days (exclude Sunday, holidays and public holidays) which depends on shipping providers and distance.
  • Customers can choose two delivery options: standard delivery or express delivery (EMS) by Thailand Post. You can track the delivery status from Track & Trace service. You will receive tracking number from us after the product has been sent. The delivery time will be as follows:
    • Standard delivery
      Bangkok 2-5 working days
      Other provinces 3-7 working days.
    • Express delivery (EMS)
      Bangkok 1-2 working days
      Other provinces 2-5 working days.
  • Delivery Fee
    • Delivery fee is based upon weight and distance.
    • The second item will be charged additional fee of 30 bath.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed after your purchase is complete.

 

Return and Exchange Policy


1. Return and Exchange

The customer can return or exchange within 7 days after purchase under the following criteria:

  • Defective and damage item(s)
    • Equipment in the package is defective, damaged or nonfunctional.
    • A number of equipment in the package does not match the package label.
    • Equipment color is distorted, faded, or different from the product image displayed on the package label.
    • The defection or damage must only occur by the instructional usage. It must not occur by any attempt to damage product intentionally or unintentionally.
  • Wrong color or item delivery


2. Return and Exchange Refusal

We reserve the right not to return, exchange and refund under the criteria as follows

  • The product is damage by misusage.
  • Customers order wrong products and want to cancel the purchase
  • Customers send back the product with damaged containers or missing equipment


3. Return and Exchange Instruction

After receiving the confirmation to return and exchange by head office, please follow instruction below.

  • Send photo and details to us at: [email protected]
  • Wait for the return or exchange confirmation in 3 working days.
  • After you received the confirmation from customer service, please deliver the product with a copy of its receipt back to head office at 76 Ari Samphan 1, Paholyothin Rd., Payathai, Bangkok, 10400
  • Email the delivery receipt with your address to [email protected]
  • Receive notification and tracking number from us via email and receive the exchanged product within 5 working days for Bangkok and vicinity area.


4. Return Delivery Cost

Costs for the return are based on the following conditions:

  • If the product is proved damaged or wrong, the delivery fees will not be applied.
  • If the product is not damaged or wrong, the delivery charge will be applied (Cash on Delivery – COD).


5. Refund Policy

The refund will be applied only when the purchased item is out of stock. The customer may choose new product with the same price.

  • In case the customer paid with credit card of any bank issued in Thailand, the credit card refund will go to your credit card, which normally takes 15 – 20 working days depending on the bank’s transaction policy.
  • In case the customer paid via Internet Banking service, the refund will be sent to the customer’s account, which normally takes 7 working days.
